Initial consultations are $250/hour + travel time.
Custom design plans require a retainer of $2,500. This includes taking measurements and photographs at an initial consultation on site where we discuss various options for the space and get to know each other. It also includes two follow up zoom meetings to get the plan right.
Custom design plans in a PDF format will be sent to you and can contain 3d layout drawings of the proposed space, elevations for cabinetry, and/or drawings for permit, a mood board and a corresponding itemized purchase list of furniture, art, lighting, accessories, window treatments, flooring, paint, tile and refinishing items, all within a predetermined budget.
Design Plans are clear and detailed and can be designed for the home owner to manage their own renovation. However some clients prefer to hire a project manager, which I am happy to do for your project. Send me a message and let’s discuss your project!
Sachi's Story
It has been a very windy road to get to where I am now. Originally I am from Ottawa but I moved to Montreal and Vienna during my 20's, and traveled extensively. I have a degree in Fine Arts from Concordia University, as well as certifications in nutrition and reflexology. Health and Aesthetics being my primary interests.
In 2018 I received certification from Algonquin college in Auto Cad. A course I took after falling in love with the free online version of Sketch Up.
In 2019, I began to combine these two loves into an interior design business. I am lucky to love what I do and I believe that a well-designed space can enhance one's well-being.
A well designed space can be beautiful, humorous, fun, definitely inventive, but also smart. It involves combining care for the humans who use the space with the space itself. It is a thoughtful process and my primary goal is to always improve the flow of a space, it's visual appeal, it's practicality and functionality.
In addition to focusing on the design of spaces these last 7 years I have also been project managing full renovations. I have completed diverse projects and worked with many different agents, contractors, architects, artists, homeowners and businesses.
Although I work with many contractors I do have a committed group of excellent trades that I work with. We have established great working relationships with each other and I have been told that my projects are fun to work on because the end product always looks great!
