Initial consultations are $250/hour + travel time.
Custom design plans are $75/hour, after an initial consultation which involves measurements and photographs. Plans contain 3d drawings of the proposed space, whether it be cabinetry layouts for a kitchen or drawings for technician stamping for additions/renovations.
Custom design plans also include a mood board and an itemized purchase list of furniture, art, lighting, accessories, window treatments, flooring, paint, tile and refinishing items. Which can all be within a predetermined budget.
Sachi's Story
Originally from Ottawa, I’ve lived in Montreal and Vienna, and traveled extensively. I have a degree in Fine Arts from Concordia University and certifications as a natural nutritionist and reflexologist.
Over the past 17 years, since starting Sachi, I’ve completed diverse projects and worked with many different agents, contractors, architects, artists, homeowners and businesses. I love what I do and I truly believe that a well-designed space can enhance well-being either functionality, through beauty, perhaps humor or fun, definitely inventiveness, but also peacefulness.
