For Ottawa Consultations "Sachi" is there from concept to completion.
In-home initial consultations are $150/hour + travel time.
In depth custom plans are $75/hour, After an initial consult, which involves measurements and photographs. plans contain 3D drawings of the design; kitchens, bathrooms, full renovation layouts, mill work, furniture layout, and best space planning. And/or CAD drawings for technician stamping. Custom plans also include a visual and itemized purchase list of furniture, art, lighting, accessories, window treatments, flooring, paint, tile and refinishing items all within the clients budget.
Managing the project is $75/hour, After an initial consult and plan is established. the home or business owner may not want to do all the ordering and coordinating with trades. Let me save you the stress by managing this process for you!
Sachi's Story
I developed Sachi because of a passion for creating visually appealing spaces for my husband's real estate clients. after staging for clients, they would hire me to help them with their new places. This eventually led me to start Sachi and go from staging to more in depth design work.
originally from Ottawa, I have lived in Montreal and vienna. i have also traveled the world, From the Mediterranean and Africa to the South Pacific, and Asia. I completed a degree in fine arts from Concordia university and became certified as a natural nutritionist and reflexologist. As a parent, I was lucky to be able to stay home with our daughters for a few years. but Slowly, I started working with my husband staging, and then progressed into bigger projects. In the last 12 years I have completed many diverse projects and worked with many great agents, contractors, architects, artists and clients.
our larger environment can make a difference to our personal well being. My past degree in fine arts and a certification in health sciences helped form this philosophy. A space can provide well-being, either by its functionality, beauty, humor, inventiveness or peacefulness, or all 5!
On Line Design Services
Often clients don't know where to start when furnishing a new space or updating an old space. They want help with the concept, pulling everything together, but don't want someone else to do it all. It can get expensive to hire a designer!
With on-line design services, all clients have to do is answer some questions, measure their space, upload some photos, and then send sachi the information. they will then receive a design plan. This includes a Concept page of numbered photos, a corresponding numbered list of items to purchase with notes (all within their area and budget), as well as a 3D sketch of the space.
